Service Description

This package includes two meats of your choosing from our menu for an event between 20 to 75 guests. Our customary serving size for each meat selection assumes a generous 1/2 pound serving for the total number of guests predetermined. We will deliver the food to your event location within the Greater Austin Area. All items will arrive hot and ready to serve. As an added bonus, we are more than happy to arrange the food and setup a self-serve buffet at your discretion. All you will need to provide is a clear area and table(s) for serving. We will make sure you are all set and leave you to enjoy the delicious barbecue. At this time, our primary focus is to deliver high-quality barbecue. As a result, we currently do not offer any sides but hope to do so in the future. The Star 20-75 (Delivery & Setup) package includes the following: • Two Meats (your choice) • Sliced Bread • Slider Buns or Rolls • Pickles • Onions • Featured Barbecue Sauce • Corresponding Condiments • Serving Utensils • Disposable Plates & Eating Utensils • Napkins • Moist Towelettes • After Dinner Mints Option: Chafing dish, rack, and fuel are available upon request. Menu (Choose two meats from the following): • Brisket • Turkey Breast • Sausage • St Louis Pork Spareribs (Glazed) • Pulled Pork • Chicken • ENC Chopped Pork BBQ Standard Delivery Pricing (1/2 pound - Generous) : $33 per guest (price does not include tax or gratuity) *2nd Option (1/4 pound - Just Enough): $16.50 per guest (price does not include tax or gratuity) A third meat option can be made available a la carte. Delivery fee applies. To reserve your delivery date, you must book through our website by completing a "request to book". Booking must be made at least seven business days in advance of the event date. After we have received your request, we will follow-up to learn more, determine availability, assess capability, and make confirmation. Once confirmed, we will send an invoice via email. We require full payment upfront in order to reserve and secure your group event order and delivery date.


Cancellation Policy

If the Client requests cancellation of the event/delivery, the request must be received via email at least 7 business days before the date of the event. If the request is received and verified in the manner that was previously stated, then the Client is subject to receive a full refund if the request is at least 7 business days before the date of the event. • Up to and including 7 days prior to event, 100% of the catered food may be refunded if proper written notice is received in advanced. • 6 Days to 4 Days prior to event, 50% of the catered food is non-refundable • Day of event and 3 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non-refundable. • 1 to 2 Days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses: o Additional Expenses: labor, parts, loss of use may be extra. Deposit 50% will be credited toward the new date. If new date is cancelled then the deposit 50% will not be refunded. • ** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Dream Legacy BBQ LLC. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Dream Legacy BBQ LLC reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
