    • This package serves 4-6 people and includes four Smoked Sausage Links.
    • Sausage arrives fully cooked, unsliced, chilled/frozen, and vacuum-sealed to preserve peak flavor and moisture.
  • Ingredients

    • Pork, Beef, Water, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Organic Cane Sugar, Cultured Celery Powder (Celery Powder, Sea Salt), Garlic, Cherry Powder.
  • Storage

    • Sausage links are vacuum sealed and ships frozen or chilled with ice packs which may evaporate in transit.
    • Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
    • Upon arrival, place item in the refrigerator or freezer depending on desired use.
    • Item may be stored in the refrigerator if you plan to consume within 3 days. Or if you plan to consume it after, place in the freezer and consume within 2 months.
  • To Serve/Heating Instructions

    • STEP 1: Defrost sausage in the refrigerator. Sausage arrives smoked and fully cooked. So the objective is to just reheat.
    • STEP 2: Remove sausage from the vacuum-sealed package.
    • STEP 3: Reheat (choose from one of the following...)
      • Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place sausage links on the grill over indirect heat. Grill 6-8 minutes turning frequently to prevent burning.
      • Oven: Heat oven to 350°F. Place links on a baking sheet bake for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until heated.
      • Skillet: Fill skillet with 1/2 inch water and bring to a simmer. Place sausage in a skillet and simmer for approximately 12 minutes, turning frequently, until heated through.
    • STEP 5: Let sausage cool after heating for at least 5 minutes.  Use caution when slicing.  The internal juices will be hot and could splatter.
    • STEP 6: Enjoy!
