Texas-style pulled pork prepared from an all-natural, bone-in, pork shoulder; smoked low and slow with oak and hickory wood.

    • This package serves 4-6 people and includes Pulled Pork (approx. 2 lbs. total)
    • Pulled Pork arrives fully cooked, chilled/frozen, and vacuum-sealed to preserve peak flavor and moisture.
  • Ingredients

    • Pork, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Smoked Paprika, Spices, Vinegar, Aged Peppers, Cider Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Crushed Red Pepper, White Oak Smoke, Hickory Smoke.
  • Storage

    • Pulled pork is vacuum sealed and ships frozen or chilled with ice packs which may evaporate in transit.
    • Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
    • Upon arrival, place item in the refrigerator or freezer depending on desired use.
    • Item may be stored in the refrigerator if you plan to consume within 4 days. Or if you plan to consume it after,  place in the freezer and consume within 6 months.
  • To Serve/Heating Instructions

    • STEP 1: Defrost pulled pork in the refrigerator. The item arrives smoked and fully cooked. So the objective is to just reheat.  It is important to not overcook as this may risk the food drying out and impact the quality.
    • STEP 2: Stovetop - Add 1/2 cup of water to pot/pan (or 1/4 stick of butter) and set cooktop to low-medium heat.
    • STEP 3: Remove pulled pork from the vacuum-sealed package.
    • STEP 4: Place pulled pork in pot/pan. 
    • STEP 5: Stir occassionally and reheat until desired temperature and smooth consistency.
    • STEP 6: Enjoy!
