    • This package serves 18-20 people and includes a Smoked Whole Brisket (approx. 9-10 lbs. total)
    • Brisket arrives fully cooked, unsliced, chilled/frozen, and vacuum-sealed to preserve peak flavor & moisture.
  • Ingredients

    • Beef, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Spices, Worcestershire Sauce, Post Oak Smoke, Hickory Smoke.
  • Storage

    • Brisket is vacuum sealed and ships frozen or chilled with ice packs which may evaporate in transit.
    • Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the meat and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
    • Upon arrival, place item in the refrigerator or freezer depending on desired use.
    • Item may be stored in the refrigerator if you plan to consume within 4 days. Or if you plan to consume it after,  place in the freezer and consume within 6 months.
  • To Serve/Heating Instructions

    • STEP 1: Defrost brisket in the refrigerator. Brisket arrives smoked and fully cooked. So the objective is to just reheat.
    • STEP 2: Preheat oven to 300 F. 
    • STEP 3: Remove brisket from the vacuum-sealed package.
    • STEP 4: Place brisket in a foil pan and cover tightly with foil. (Tip: Add a 1/2 stick of butter to keep everything moist.)
    • STEP 5: Reheat until the brisket reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
    • STEP 6: Rest brisket for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
    • STEP 7: Enjoy!
